This sketch was done while sitting on my daughter's coffee table, looking through the window at the house across the street. Fun to do, this little piece took about two hours- much more time than I usually give to a sketch. Painting snow scenes isn't something I get to do everyday; we only get snow around here every few years.

The tricky part of this piece was fending off the grandkids! They love the little pictures in my sketchbook and want to help me with them. I am also finding it trickier than I thought it'd be to get something done every week-day, but I'm trying.
