Over the last few years, I have become a fan of art critic and philosopher, Roger Scruton. Going through school and being exposed to many new ideas and artistic styles and opinions has been good for me, helping me clarify what I believe about art and why. Scruton helped me understand things that I had sensed but had not been able to put into words.
